Order Processing

Order Processing

All orders will be processed on the same day. For orders place during weekends and holidays, it will be processed on the next working days. MC Home will email the customer the summary of the Purchase Order details.

The customer will receive a second email which is the Sales Order. The Sales Order will contain the total amount purchase, the delivery charge, toll fee or subdivision charges (if applicable). Customer can then pay thru the payment options (please refer to payment options) he prefers.

Payment of orders should be made within 48 hours upon confirmation otherwise, it will be cancelled. Items will be delivered 2 to 3 days upon payment.

Product Availability

In case the item ordered is out-of-stock or is made to order, will notify customers by email within (48) hours if and when the item will be available before the customer make payment.


Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within seven (7) days from receipt of item in its original delivery condition.

To return the product purchased at MC Home Depot accompanied by original transaction receipt (O.R.) please send an email to or within (48) hours upon receipt. Customer must specify his name, order number and a brief explanation as to the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for the shipping back costs. No returns will be accepted without MC’s prior confirmation by email.

If there are damages or factory defect upon delivery, kindly do not accept the product. In case the product is accepted, no refunds will be made. Instead, the item will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement or whatever the case maybe.

Changing or Cancelling of OrderS

To change or cancel your order, send an email to or or contact the MC Home Depot at 636-6944 within (48) hours before the delivery date. However, any changes made may affect the estimated amount and delivery date of order.

Damaged and/or Defective Items makes sure that the products delivered are always in good order and condition. MC requires that the recipient inspect the product before he receives them. If upon inspection the recipient finds that the product has factory defects or is not in good order and condition, customer should immediately communicate with for processing of replacement.


Other Guidelines

Delivery fees are non-refundable. may charge administrative, and bank cable charges depending on the circumstances of the returned item. is a retailer and not a manufacturer of products sold in its site. Liability of arising from the sale of any product from its site shall only be limited to the price of the products ordered. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
