A:   Item/s purchased by customer can be delivered by; MC Home Depot In-House Delivery service, LBC or Chartered Truck depending on the Customer's Choice.

Q:   Can I pick-up the item/s I bought thru the MC Home Depot website? Where?

A:   Yes, a customer can pick-up their purchased item/s he bought from MC Home Depot website at the nearest MC Home Depot branch.

Q:   Can I refund my shipping/delivery charges after deciding to pick-up the item/s?

A:   Yes, you can refund your shipping/delivery charge.

Q:   How long do I have to wait for the item/s after payment?

A:   Item/s will be delivered 2 to 3 days upon payment.

Q:   If an item/s is on promo at your actual store, does this promo extend to your website?

A:   The barcode price in MC Stores will be the price for the MC website. Regular and promo discounts will not be applicable to E-Commerce customers but they can apply for an MC E-Card.

Q:   Do you have a feedback portion in your website?

A:   Yes, customer can email MC Home Depot their comments and suggestions by clicking on the "Contact US" menu.
