• College graduate of any business-related course
• With Proven 3-5 years relevant experience in retail hardware and construction supply sales
• Has excellent people management skills
• Demonstrates proven success building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Thorough understanding or retail merchandising principles and store layout
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Computer-literate in MS Office Applications
